The shipping carriers: UPS, USPS, and FedEx have informed us that they no longer guarantee their express shipping services. That includes: Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express. That being said we highly suggest you give yourself plenty of time to receive your order. They explained to us this slower shipping times will most likely run until the January 2022. As assured we are doing our best to turn around all orders within 2-3 business days after orders are placed. If you pay for faster shipping services and your package does not get you within the time frame that was stated on the website, then it is your obligation to contact the shipping providers and speak to them about your options. We will not be refunding any shipping costs due to the shipping providers failure to get you your product in a timely manner. NO EXCEPTIONS.
At Beastmaster Rodeo our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Some particular items do however ship differently. Please when ordering an item, take time to read the descriptions and details about the item in case there are stipulations on when a particular item may ship. For example: Custom chaps ship upon completion usually within 4-6 weeks.
We highly recommend that you always give yourself time when needing a product to ensure that you get the products in a timely fashion for the lowest cost. We ship everyday Monday-Friday, excluding holiday's and weekends. Also note that UPS does not deliver to locations on the weekends unless a Saturday delivery is attached to shipment. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship after purchase is complete. We strive to ship orders the next business day after purchase if possible.
We DO NOT ship on weekends or holidays!
Please note we are located in Fort Wayne Indiana and shipping time just depends on zones. If you are on the west coast you are the furthest zone from our facility. The following are methods of shipping options you may utilize.
We are not responsible nor will we refund you for lost or stolen packages. If a package still hasn't gotten to you within the estimated shipping time, it will be your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. If your order status on your tracking number says it's been delivered and yet you still believe you did not receive the package, you must file a claim on the carriers website. The only way we will ship new product or refund you for your order is if we get a confirmed status from the carrier that the package was lost or stolen (no exceptions).

All 2nd Day and Next Day Air service ship the following business day after purchase.
UPS 2nd Day Delivery - All 2nd Day Air orders placed Wednesday after 12:00PM EST will not be received until the following week.
UPS Next Day Air - All Next Day Air orders placed on Thursday after 12:00PM EST will not be received until the following week.
Exception to this rule on paid shipments are: Protective Vest, Custom Ropes, and Custom Chaps. Please refer to products description to see lead time on shipments of these particular items.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world; however there are restrictions on some products and international destinations. Please note there is NO Free Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and any other orders outside the United States.
Due to the amount of packages lost and the unexpected long shipping transit delays via USPS, we are now using UPS & FedEx for our international shipments as much as possible. Please still allow up to 4 weeks to receive you order once placed excluding custom orders.
