Frequently Asked Questions
1. When will my order ship? We ship all in stock items 1-2 business days after an order is placed (excluding weekends & holidays). Be sure to always read the description of a product for most current information & availability. Lastly it all depends on location for transit time, so if you live in California you are the furthest zone from us in Indiana.
2. I chose Free Shipping how long does that take? Estimated 7-10 business days
3. I paid for express shipping how soon will I get it? UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, & USPS Priority Mail Express are the only forms of express shipping on our website. Paying for UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail is NOT express shipping!

4. I need to do a return or exchange? Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for more detailed information.
5. I did not get my package? Beastmaster Rodeo does not take responsibility for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number says it was delivered then it is up to you to file a claim with the shipping provider (UPS, FedEx, or USPS). Always be sure to ask family members if they happen to pick it up or if it was accidently delivered to your neighbors house. Lastly, we want to help you if possible, so remember when you call you are contacting an actual human being and please be kind.
