Quality bell and AMAZING customer service!
Great quality especially for the price! The bell has a good ring and nice weight. It was an excellent value. HOWEVER, the real reason I am taking the time to write a review is to commend the INCREDIBLE customer service. The salesman I contacted went above and beyond to help me round up not only these bells but also ropes. He even took the time to ensure the bell would fit the rope. I was in a time crunch, and all the products I ordered arrived ahead of schedule in good condition. To the salesman I spoke with, if you have the opportunity to see this review I would like you to know how much I appreciated your help and what a fine job you did. Thank you so much!
