For proper measurement, measure all the way around your head in inches

Small- 20.5" to 22.5" head circumference (inches) - Adult size helmet, however will work for kids/youth

Medium- 22" to 24" head circumference (inches)  

Large- 23" to 25" head circumference (inches)
